Returns

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits to the Member's account for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful investigation and discretion. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ((TrendTee ))to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees ((TrendTee )) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such a case, we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

we will review replacement/return requests only if :

  1. there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error if is at fault
  2. we receive a complaint within 2 weeks from the day the Product was delivered or within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Notification for EU consumers

 According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore our store reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
